Return Process
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items, no matter the reason. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted. To start the return process, contact us at info@dreamsleep.uk. Please ensure the items are unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached. While return shipping costs are your responsibility, restocking fees will not be charged.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned package, we will inspect it and send you a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for the process to be completed. If it takes any longer, do not hesitate to contact us and we will look into it.
Exchanges
Changed your mind and want a different item? No problem! Just reach out to us at info@dreamsleep.uk with the details of what you’d like to exchange, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@dreamsleep.uk. Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellations once the order has been processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Things can happen and you might receive a damaged or incorrect item. We are very sorry for this. When this happens, take a photos of the problem and contact us at info@dreamsleep.uk. We will sort the issue out and make sure you will get what you ordered and not damaged.
