After processing, your order will be dispatched, and you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You will receive your order within 5-7 working days (Monday - Friday). We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Delays

You should receive your order within 6-9 working days (Monday - Friday). If your order hasn’t arrived within this timeframe, don’t worry - delays can occasionally occur due to peak seasons, holidays, weather, or other circumstances. We kindly ask you to allow an additional 3 working days (Monday - Friday) before reaching out. If your order hasn’t arrived by then, please contact us at info@dreamsleep.uk, and we’ll investigate the issue.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@dreamsleep.uk. Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellations once the order has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Things can happen and you might receive a damaged or incorrect item. We are very sorry for this. When this happens, take a photos of the problem and contact us at info@dreamsleep.uk. We will sort the issue out and make sure you will get what you ordered and not damaged.
